Mr. Yarnell is the past co-chair of the court technology committee at the Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix, AZ. He has been interested and active in the area of court technology for many years.

Mr. Yarnell is experienced with the planning, acquisition, installation, training and use of court technologies. These systems include: jury digital visual information presentation systems, real time stenographic computer aided transcript systems; digital audio and video court records; Internet access to court and public records; imaging of court documents; electronic filing, and computerized case and court case management systems.
